As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and concerns regarding DNA testing services, providing valuable support in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries about DNA testing services, procedures, and results via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide clear and accurate information about DNA testing processes, including sample collection, testing timelines, and interpretation of results.
- Assist customers with order placements, account management, and any questions related to their DNA tests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with lab and technical teams to provide customers with accurate updates and information.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry developments, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
