Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Educate customers about energy efficiency programs, renewable energy benefits, and available options.
- Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers.
