Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, patient support, and insurance information via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments, managing their accounts, and understanding treatment procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide assistance with empathy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about healthcare policies and services to provide accurate information to clients.
