About The Role
The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our land-based production kitchen, reporting directly to the Catering Supervisor. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the Sous Chef is responsible for delivering exceptional catering services across multiple vessels, private charters, and offshore operations. This hands-on managerial position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
