This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Unimed’s Quality Management System (QMS), maintains employee training and compliance records, oversees controlled substance management, and provides product substitutions to meet customer and operational needs while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The work schedule comprises of: 12 days on / 9 days off (Shift Pattern: 5 dayshift – weekend – 5 nightshift). The position is remote, however Aberdeen based location is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide global 24-hour marine vetting and technical support.
• Daily monitoring and management of a specialised marine database.
• Continuous communication with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Arrange vessel surveys to meet vetting requirements.
• Complete various reviews, including Initial DP, Annual DP, DP FMEA & Proving Trials, Class Surveys, eCMID, OVIQ, ERRV Surveys, and Structural Integrity assessments.
• Review procedures, DP Operation Manuals, DP FMEA’s, CAMO & ASOG’s, and Checklists.
• Issue vessel certificates to match vetting requests.
• Ensure vessel vetting’s are managed and kept up to date.
