Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property management, and services via phone, email, and chat in Serbian.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding properties, pricing, and the home buying/renting process.
- Assist customers in scheduling viewings and coordinating with real estate agents.
- Resolve issues and address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property regulations to provide informed assistance.
