As a Customer Expert, you will support retail customers in the UK and Irish market via inbound calls. The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance.
You will assist customers with:
- Product information and sales inquiries
- Aftersales support
- Delivery-related questions
- Basic troubleshooting and technical guidance
You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop environment. Full training is provided, and unresolved cases will be escalated when necessary.
