Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
