As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist students and educators with inquiries regarding e-learning platforms and educational resources in Swedish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to education services, course offerings, and the e-learning platform via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
  • Provide guidance on the use of e-learning tools, enrollment processes, and access to resources.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with product teams to stay informed about new features and updates.
  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to enhance user experience and engagement.
