Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries regarding educational programs, courses, and e-learning platforms via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Assist students with enrollment processes, access to learning materials, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Provide information on course requirements, deadlines, and academic policies.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for customers.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with educational teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of educational trends and updates to provide timely and relevant information.
