Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in making bookings, modifying itineraries, and processing cancellations.
- Provide timely and accurate information about baggage policies, ticketing, and travel restrictions.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and reference.
