Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovenian.
- Provide information about service options, pricing structures, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist customers with account management and troubleshoot service-related issues.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
