- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track inquiries and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about travel trends, new offerings, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
