Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy, and available options.
- Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, following regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information.
