Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries about hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
- Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Assist customers with reservation management, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a courteous and effective approach.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Coordinate with hotels and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
