Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to aviation services, including flight bookings, cancellations, and travel policies via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related questions.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, from ticketing problems to special requests.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams and airline partners to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Stay informed about industry updates and best practices to provide accurate support.
