Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping details, and returns via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and tracking information.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to address any order-related issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product offerings and e-commerce trends to provide relevant and timely assistance.
