Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and account management.
- Provide product recommendations and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on promotions, new products, and retail trends to provide informed assistance.
