In this position, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to products and services, all while providing excellent service in French.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Provide information about product availability, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, exchanges, and special requests.
- Resolve any customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and retail trends to assist customers effectively.
