Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and timely information to enhance the customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry news and product changes to provide relevant information to customers.
