- Assist customers in the application and installation processes, addressing any concerns they may have.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the database.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry developments to better assist customers.
