Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy solutions, installation processes, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about renewable energy products, incentives, and policies.
  • Assist customers in the application and installation processes, addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the database.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments to better assist customers.
