Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to e-commerce transactions, product availability, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and exchanges while providing detailed information on shipping options and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and quick resolution.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and trends in the e-commerce marketplace.
