In this role, you will assist passengers and clients in Dutch, ensuring they receive accurate information and assistance for a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding flight information, bookings, and airline services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide assistance with changes to existing reservations, cancellations, and refunds.
- Support customers in understanding baggage policies, boarding procedures, and travel regulations.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to address queries and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and airline policies to provide relevant information to customers.
