Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support for domestic appliance products.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer queries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
