Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy options, programs, and services via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy solutions and energy efficiency practices.
- Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to quickly resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
