Key Responsibilities

- Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding available properties and market trends.
- Assist customers with scheduling property viewings and negotiating terms.
- Resolve any issues or complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
