Responsibilities
- Assist Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services offered by Booking.com.
- Provide clear and accurate information, helping customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and resolutions to any issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback effectively in our CRM system to enhance our service quality.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
