EHR Deployment Workstream Lead

Gritter Francona is looking for a Deployment Site Practitioner to help support the full lifecycle deployment and implementation of the Oracle EHR system throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage key domains—Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment—within a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation.
- Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your workstream, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management.
- Oversee all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization.
- Address risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Bring proven leadership in healthcare IT or EHR deployment, demonstrate expertise in your workstream domain, and manage large-scale, multi-site implementations.
- Contribute to transformative EHR efforts that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
