About the role

Reporting to the Lead BI Developer, the Junior BI Analyst is responsible for supporting the transformation of data into actionable insights that support data-driven strategic decision-making. The Junior BI Analyst will work closely with the Lead BI Developer and other members of the BI team, utilising BI technologies to provide analytical support on business requirements and solutions that improve business performance.

Fleet Sales Consultant

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our new Fleet Specialist Team in Burnley town centre. In this exciting position, you will reach out to our existing, valued customers to discuss their day to day fleet needs and how we can offer a wide range of products to help reduce costs, admin, and time. You will be sales focused and have a consultative approach when speaking to our customers.

Like many of our current Reps you may not have worked in Sales previously, but we’ll provide you with all the skills and knowledge you’ll need to succeed!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.
  • Plan & prioritise sales activities
  • Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods
  • Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Log information on calls and update all customer records on our CRM system.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of our existing portfolio of customers. Maximising customer loyalty and profitability. You will work with our customers to match their needs with our wide range of fleet products and services, primarily our exciting new Electric Vehicle (EV) products and solutions.

Please note this position is based at our Lawnswood office in North Leeds (LS16 6QY).

Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of our existing portfolio of customers. Maximising customer loyalty and profitability. You will work with our customers to match their needs with our wide range of fleet products and services, primarily our exciting new Electric Vehicle (EV) products and solutions.

Please note this position is based full time at our office in Burnley town centre.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with your customer portfolio – understanding your customers current and future EV journey and key drivers for usage.
  • Discuss and cross sell our full range of fleet products and services.
  • Contact customers that have been passed over from New Business and Customer Support
  • Provide and deliver the best possible customer service.
  • Review and respond to customer emails and correspondence.
  • Ensure customers are aware and competent in using our online Account Management portal (My Fleet Hub).
  • Confirm and update customers’ data and information.
  • Engage with customers that may be showing initial signs of a reduction in their fuel spend, exploring the reasons why and providing a suitable solution.
  • Monthly commission subject to KPI’s being achieved.
