Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, rental properties, and purchase processes via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
- Provide detailed information on property features, prices, and neighborhood amenities.
- Assist clients with application processes, lease agreements, and transaction inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, new listings, and regulatory updates to provide useful insights to customers.
