Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with the processing of orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and retail trends to provide relevant and helpful information to customers.
