Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines specific to the hospitality and tourism sector.
  • Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Resolve any customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
