Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food and beverage products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, nutritional information, and pricing.
- Handle order placements, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues graciously to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to provide real-time updates and enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about new product launches, events, and industry trends to share with customers.
