- Resolve complaints and challenges in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth logistics processes and timely updates to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and company services to assist customers effectively.
