Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and live chat in Serbian.
- Educate customers about the benefits of renewable energy, energy efficiency programs, and available options.
- Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure compliance and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
