As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to manufacturing processes, products, and services, ensuring that you meet their needs with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Serbian.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, order status, and manufacturing processes.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct fulfillment of orders.
- Stay updated on manufacturing processes and product launches to provide accurate information to customers.
