Key Responsibilities
- Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Provide detailed recommendations on travel packages, accommodations, and destinations to meet client needs.
- Design customized travel itineraries that reflect the unique preferences and desires of each client.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system to ensure seamless service.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and local attractions to offer insightful recommendations to clients.
