Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account management, including subscription adjustments and troubleshooting service issues.
- Share information about new releases, features, and promotional offers aimed at enhancing customer engagement.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and strive to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for future reference and follow-up.
