Key Responsibilities

- Handle complaints and resolve customer concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
- Stay informed about financial services regulations and company offerings to provide relevant assistance.
