In this role, you will assist clients in planning their travel experiences, providing information and solutions in French to ensure their needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from customers in French regarding travel arrangements, accommodations, and tourism services via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, travel packages, and hospitality options.
- Assist customers with booking processes and modifications, including cancellations and refunds.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate information to clients.
