Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries related to government services, programs, and regulations via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on processes, applications, and eligibility for public services.
- Assist citizens with filing requests and navigating governmental services effectively.
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain records in the CRM system in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborate with various government departments to enhance service delivery and resolve client issues.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
