Key Responsibilities

- Provide information about subscriptions, content availability, and account management.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, including streaming problems and account access.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any complex issues.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in media, entertainment, and technology to better assist customers.
