Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding entertainment services, including streaming, subscriptions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Provide information on current promotions, service updates, and content availability.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to content access and usage.
  • Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Work collaboratively with the product and technical teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Stay current on new releases, features, and services to provide informed support to customers.
