Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account management, including subscription changes and billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and ensure thorough follow-up for outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure an enhanced customer experience.
- Stay updated on new media content and industry trends to provide informed support.
