Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide accurate information about products, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and tracking.
- Handle complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers.
