Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to educational resources and e-learning platforms via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist students and educators with account setup, course selection, and technical issues.
- Provide guidance on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
