Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, order status, refunds, and service issues via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with navigating our e-commerce platform and provide information on promotions and new products.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure prompt order delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Stay updated on platform features and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
