This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about building and construction and enjoy providing excellent customer service. You will assist customers with their inquiries, guide them through the available services, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their engagement with our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to construction services, project details, and timelines via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Provide information on construction materials, processes, and consultation services.
- Assist customers with service scheduling, updates, and modifications to existing projects.
- Resolve issues and address any concerns raised by customers efficiently and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Stay updated on construction industry trends and standards to provide informed assistance.
