- Assist customers with account management and report any issues to the relevant departments.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide updated information and resolve service-related queries.
- Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to better assist customers.
