Your Role:

• Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
